1. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right — please see the question below about damaged orders.

3. Can I customize a product with my own design?
At this time, our store features designs curated by our in-house creative team. If you have a custom design request, contact us directly at  rbmar207@gmail.com  and we will let you know what options may be available.

4. What sizes are available?
Size availability varies by product. Full size charts are listed on each individual product page. We carry a range of sizes across our adult apparel, kids clothing, and accessories lines to fit a wide range of needs.

5. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us.

6. Are your products print-on-demand?
Yes. Every item in our store is printed on demand, meaning it is made to order when you purchase it. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without excess inventory, and it ensures each product is freshly produced for you.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and other digital wallets may also be available at checkout depending on your device and browser.

8. My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at  rbmar207@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
